For the selection of suppliers, GRUAS AGUILAR analyses and compares the best capacities for fulfilling the requirements in each type of service or product needed. The supplier thus selected must have systems in place to ensure that the contractual commitments are met. GRUAS AGUILAR uses the management of INCIDENTS and NON-COMPLIANCE as criteria for ASSESSMENT and RE-ASSESSMENT to complement commercial and strategic criteria.
